Anaheim Chile Pepper

The Anaheim Chili Pepper is a medium heat pepper that grows to 6-10" in length. While they ripen to a dark red color, they are most popularly harvested while still green. These are a great pepper for those who enjoy spice, but don't want all the extra heat.

• Start seeds indoors about 8 weeks before the last frost. Sow 1/4" deep and keep the soil at 80-85° until germination. Place in a sunny location.
• When outdoor temperatures are above 50°, transplant outside 12"-16" apart.
