This bulbless variety of green onion produces delicately flavored stalks and is slow bolt giving a longer harvesting period. Sow a new crop every two weeks through the season and overwinter for a springtime harvest.
Indoors: sow seeds in starting 6-10 weeks before the last frost. Place in a sunny location. Seedlings emerge in 7-14 days. After danger of a heavy frost plant the seedlings in the garden when they are about the thickness of a pencil.
Or, sow directly outdoors after the last frost. Keep soil moist until established.
